ICYMI: Newton's Little Big Diner Wins Best of Boston's 'Best Ramen'

Instead, head down to Little Big Diner, where the dorm room staple gets an upgrade in the form of paitan chicken ramen.

The dish was recently named "Best Ramen" in Boston Magazine's Best of Boston 2016 list.
"Steeped in a collagen-rich avian stock, the noodles are accompanied by shaved cabbage and char siu chicken thigh, and finished with the pièce de rÊsistance - an unctuous dollop of schmaltz," Boston Magazine writes.
