Lasell College Welcomes a New Class of Elms

Last week, celebrated a new generation of Princeton Elms, which were planed on campus Wednesday. 

According to the college, the Princeton Elms are resistant to the Dutch Elm Disease that has affected elm trees throughout New England, including on Lasell’s campus.

Staff, students and preschoolers from the Holway Child Study Center at the Barn helped plant the new trees, which will be "a lasting addition to Lasell's Green Campus."
