Mall at Chestnut Hill Offers A New Shopping Amenity- Complimentary Coat & Package Check

March 28, 2014 – Mall at Chestnut Hill announced today that it will be offering shoppers a new amenity – Complimentary Coat & Package Check. The shopping center also offers several other unique services including Car Pool Parking, Low Emitting & Fuel Efficient Vehicle Parking, Free WiFi, Electronic Charging Stations and Soft Seating areas, all in an effort to make each shopping experience more convenient and enjoyable.

“We think the new complimentary coat and package check combined with our other amenities will enhance the shopping experience for our guests here at Mall at Chestnut Hill, and further set us apart as the premier shopping destination in the area,” said, Justin Feldhouse Mall Manager at Mall at Chestnut Hill.  

The new Free Coat & Package Check is offered Monday – Sunday during mall hours at Simon Guest Services, which is located on Level 1 in Center Court. Guests can check their coats, bags and packages at Guest Services and continue to shop with ease.

Mall at Chestnut Hill also offers  unique parking options that include Car Pool Parking and Low Emitting & Fuel Efficient Vehicle Parking with eight designated Parking Spaces, two Car Pool and two Alternative Fuel Spaces conveniently located at the North Entrance (near Tokyo Japanese Steakhouse) and the South Entrance (near The Cheesecake Factory).

Mall at Chestnut Hill offers Free Wi-Fi for guests to conveniently browse the internet, check emails and more all from the comfort of guest’s smart phones, tablets and laptops.

There are four Electronic Charging Stations that are easily accessible to provide a convenient way to charge cell phones, tablets, laptops and other personal electronic devices. The design of the charging station is in the shape of a tower and presents guests with two outlets and a small shelf to rest devices on while they charge. The electronic charging stations are located throughout the mall’s carpeted Soft Seating areas which offer comfort and convenience. These are the perfect spots to re-energize while shopping.
