Fence jumper: A North Street resident called police to report he'd just chased down a man he said was rummaging in his car while it was parked. He told police that when he saw a man he described as about 5'1-, around 170 lbs, with salt and pepper hair wearing a "Brady 12" shirt and long gray pants and black sneakers, he yelled for him to stop. That's when the man started heading through yards and jumping fences. The man told police he caught up to him and asked him what he had been doing in his car. The man responded, but police redacted that in the information they provided the Patch. The man took off running without his shirt by this time, revealing a green tattoo on his chest, that may have been a shamrock.
