A resident of Whitter Road said someone stole her son’s bicycle from the bike rack of their vehicle, which was parked at the library on Homer Street.

Staff at the CVS on Centre Street said a man purchased a Green Dot Moneypak card for $90 and paid with ten $10 bills that were later found to be counterfeit. The suspect was described as a black male in his early 30s with short hair. He was wearing a polo shirt with red shoes. Staff said he was “acting strange and nervous” before paying.
