Three businesses, a bank, a dentist's office and Beal Bank USA, Dr. Alex Smolyar, DMD, and an eyelash extension salon will join Partners Health Care, T-Mobile, Relax the Back and b.good at the Needham Street Village Shops; leaving only two leasing vacancies remaining, according to the developer.

Bierbrier Development, a Lexington based owner and manager of shopping centers in Eastern MA, announced Thursday that the three businesses had signed leases and would be filling in a chunk of the vacancies that have plagued the shopping area for the past four years.
