NEWTON, MA — Newton Community Pride has announced their community micro grant winners for the fall 2021 grant cycle.
The community micro grant program supports efforts that build community for all to enjoy through arts and culture programming, beautification projects, and volunteerism.
“Our community micro grant program is a new initiative of NCP and we are thrilled to be able to provide seed money to support programs consistent with our mission,” stated Gloria Gavris, Board Chair of Newton Community Pride, in a statement. “We were overwhelmed by the number of grant requests, but we are all winners when our city comes alive with music, public art, performance and theatre opportunities."
