Karen Munkacy, CEO of Garden Remedies, is an anesthesiologist and breast cancer survivor who lives in Newton. She said her store will have 10-15 workers and sell marijuana thatâs shipped in from outside the city. This is the building the business will be located in:

The Newton facility is one of about a dozen medical marijuana dispensaries across the state that have won approval and are scheduled to open in the coming months.
