Newton-Needham Chamber Names Three New Directors to Board
The new members consist of a CPA and lawyer from Newton, as well as a member of the Needham Board of Assessors.

NEWTON, MA – The Newton-Needham Regional Chamber announced this week the appointment of three new faces to its Board of Directors.
The appointments come as several current members prepare to step down due to term limits.

Bruce A. Gold, CPA, MBA, MST, was a managing partner of Newton-based CPA practice Gold & Goldberg, LLP for 30 years. He then became a principal at Abrams Little-Gill Loberfeld PC in 2010 after his partner, Leonard J. Goldberg, retired. He has served for 14 years on the City of Newton Economic Development Commission, is chair of the Newton Centre Subcommittee and is the former treasurer of the Newton Schools Foundation. Gold is a former president of the Temple Emanuel Newton Brotherhood and a former treasurer and trustee of Temple Emanuel.
Kurt P. Ochalla, MCR LSCR, has played a pivotal role in the launch of the N2 Innovation District. As Senior Director, Global Real Estate at TripAdvisor and with a background in corporate real estate, Ochalla has a deep understanding of the challenges and potential faced by the Newton-Needham region. He is on the Board of Assessors for the Town of Needham and is on the Board of Directors and Membership Committee of CoreNet Global.

John Spino, Esq. is a founding partner of the law firm Dwyer, Ruggieri, Spino & Goncalves, LLC in Newton Corner. He has 17 years of experience in real estate and business law.
Mark Jeffery, recently named the general manager of the Sheraton Needham, was reappointed to the board.
