SFD provides students with a solid foundation in apparel design and construction, and the skills required for a successful career in fashion. Our technical Certificate program is taught by experts in the field of fashion design. Students may take courses toward the Certificate or on a class-by-class basis to fill professional education interests. For creatives and textile arts enthusiasts, SFD offers workshops in various fiber arts such as weaving, lace making, embroidery, millinery, upcycling, and more. As an SFD student, you will join a diverse community of emerging designers. A woman said that on July 9, she found a spot in the garage, and returned to her vehicle, and found not only had the side of her vehicle been scraped but someone carved a crass word into the rear passenger side panel of her car and underlined it. </li><li>Police responded to Aptara at 150 California St. for a report of past larceny, which had reportedly taken place on July 3. A person said that wireless keyboards, wireless computer mice and an external drive were stolen. </li><li>Police responded to a report that a trash container was stolen. </li></ul>
