Newton Power Outages: 300+ in the Dark

NEWTON, MA – Winter Storm Stella(!) is in full swing, leaving hundreds in the dark in Newton, according to Eversource Energy.

The company's outage map reports 355 in the dark Tuesday afternoon. Eversource serves 40,701 customers in the city.

Eversource reports about 28,775 in eastern Massachusetts, or 3 percent of its total customers, are without power.
