Otis Street made a list of best streets around to live.

A street in Newton has been named one of the best places to live in the area.

Based on a survey of members of Massachusetts Association of Realtors and other real estate agents, the Boston Globe called Otis Street one of the top streets in Greater Boston.

In its description, the Globe praised the street for winding through two sections: the commuter-friendly Newtonville and the other between Walnut and Lowell streets. With its mix of home from Colonials to Victorians, the Globe said that real estate agent Mary Ann Figoni said Otis Street was “nice overall, everywhere.”
