The 11 acres along the Needham Street corridor where TripAdvisor once sat has been transformed into a mixed-use shopping area with restaurants, offices, storefronts and a medium-sized grocer called Bfresh that's been popping up recently around the Boston area.

Newton Nexus is part of the N-Squared Corridor, an area that stretches from Newton into Needham that officials are hoping will become something like Boston’s Seaport or Cambridge’s Kendall Square.
