Simon, Copley Place, and The Shops at Chestnut Hill Welcome New Area Guest Services Manager
Allison Freitas has been appointed as the new Area Guest Services Manager at Copley Place and The Shops at Chestnut Hill

Simon Property Group Inc., the largest developer and owner of shopping malls in America, announced today that Allison Freitas has been appointed as the new Area Guest Services Manager at Copley Place in Boston, MA and The Shops at Chestnut Hill in Chestnut Hill, MA.
In her role as Area Guest Services Manager at both properties, Freitas will supervise all of the Simon customer service programs, including the management of the property’s corporate and personal Simon gift card program, mobile shopping applications, handle guest requests and concerns promptly and with exceptional customer service, and will work with local businesses to develop partnership opportunities. Freitas will also be responsible for training all new Guest Services representatives.
Freitas has been with Simon since 2014. She previously held the position as the Guest Services Manager for another Simon property, Emerald Square Mall in North Attleboro, MA. Prior to that she gained experience in the retail environment, holding numerous positions at Old Navy including Service and Training Manager. Freitas resides in Acushnet, MA.
