Spate Of Car Break-Ins In Newton

Police are warning residents to make sure their cars are locked after several people reported their cars were broken into over the weekend.

NEWTON, MA — Newton police are warning residents to lock their car doors and make sure not to leave valuables in them, after a spate of car break-ins on March 29 and 30 across Newtonville.

People reported their cars were broken into on Washington Park, Harvard Street, Clarendon Street, Gray Birch Terrace, Bridges Avenue, Dale Street and Norwood Avenue.
