Traffic: James Robert Travaglia, 39, of Winchester Street was arrested and charged with receiving a stolen vehicle and driving without a license on an unregistered, uninsured vehicle. Police stopped a yellow Yamaha motorcycle after they noticed the license plate was mounted deep in the wheel well and folded slightly obscuring the number while it was driving down Linden Street. When an officer went to investigate the officer said it appeared the operator was quickly putting his helmet and gloves on. The driver of the motorcycle the stood the motorcycle up straight as the officer approached. The officer ran the license plate through dispatch, and that number matched the number of stolen vehicle.

Traffic: Police arrested Ruben Dario Rodriguez-Ramierez,27, of Georgetown Drive, Framingham, and charged him with indecent assault and battery on a person 14 or older.
