UNO Concept Restaurant Opening in Newton This Week

An UNO concept restaurant will open in Newton this week.

Uno fresco is set to open Tuesday at The Shops at 300 Needham.

The “fast-casual” restaurant features deep-dish pizza and thin-crust offerings like a prosciutto, fig, and arugula one. There are also salads, soups, sandwiches, beer, wine, and gluten-free options.

It will be the third UNO fresco—one opened in Stoneham earlier this year and there’s another one in Deer Park, N.Y.

The Newton store will be open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
