Huntington TV (also known as Huntington Home Systems) recently moved down the street to 369 Boylston St., leaving this large retail space available at the corner of Route 9 and Woodward Street.

While it's located near the Eliot MBTA station, and right next to a MBTA #59 bus stop, the storefront does not have a lot of foot traffic due to its location on Route 9. 

Nevertheless, this storefront has plenty of visibility from the highway. A free parking lot is also located behind the building.
