This week we’re at 1263 Washington St., the former candy store Sweet Center.

The site, which is located at a signaled intersection on Washington Street, has 675 square feet of retail space plus a basement, according to the city's Commercial Real Estate Connection. The shop also has large windows and plenty of nearby metered parking, both on-street and in municipal lots. 

The property is for lease through CRG Realty and agent Fred Greene.
