Weekend Snow: How Will it Hit Newton?

The National Weather Service is predicting snow, but that will depend on the trajectory of the storm. Be sure to follow it here.

NEWTON, MA -- The potential winter storm that had threatened Massachusetts should still bring weekend snow, but the potential amounts that were originally predicted for Middlesex and MetroWest counties are much less threatening.

The southern part of the state will see the most likely see the most snow, up to 6 inches Saturday night in areas like New Bedford and up to 3 inches in Boston, according to WHDH, 7 News.

But even Southern New England seems to be too far north of the storm to see crippling amounts of snow. Of course, that could still change.
