A woman told police she was in the west side parking lot, closer to the California Street side of the complex, when a white sedan pulled up near her. A white male, possibly in his 40s, who was clean shave with a medium build and wearing a two-toned hat, white t-shirt and tan shorts got out and asked her if she knew where California Street was. Before she could answer he grabbed her purse out of her hands, jumped into the car and drove off. Because the woman was still trying to hold onto her purse, she fell to the ground and sustained cuts on her right knee and left palm. She refused medical treatment at the scene.
