If you've ever wanted to hear the Megillah (The Book of Esther) chanted in the Yemenite manner, both with respect to the chant tune and text pronunciation, come to Newton's Adams Street Shul at 6:30 AM on Purim (Sunday, March 16th).
(The congregation's regular Purim services will begin at 7:30 AM in the main sanctuary.)
This Yemenite Shacharit Minyan (& Megillah Reading) is organized by Rabbi Avinoam Durani; and Yemenite Jews from around the greater Boston area are coming together for it.
