5 Arrested, 2 Loaded Guns Located In Haverhill Traffic Stop: MSP
State Police say none of the occupants had a license to carry.

HAVERHILL, MA — Five were arrested early Tuesday morning after a State Police pulled over an SUV that allegedly had two loaded guns under the back seats.
A State Trooper pulled over the 2013 Infiniti JX35 shortly after midnight in Railroad Square after noticing a violation of motor vehicle laws, police said. The Trooper asked the driver, a 19-year-old Haverhill man, for registration, which the driver said he left at home. The Trooper noted the driver was not the registered owner, and asked the driver to look in the glove box. The driver refused, so the front seat passenger, a 20-year-old female from Lawrence, searched and couldn't find it, police said.
The trooper returned to his cruiser to perform warrant check on the driver. He noticed the three backseat passengers moving side to side without seatbelts. The trooper and a backup responder removed the passengers.
