• North Andover Watts Donates Jet Ski for Merrimack River Cleanup (thetowncommon.com) — A North Andover-based Watts initiative is helping clean up the Merrimack River by funding a new jet ski for Methuen's Clean River Project, improving how crews spot and remove submerged debris. The donation, paired with sonar technology, will make local shoreline surveys faster and educational river programs for area students more effective.
   

• River Hawks Add Steve Moreland to Round Out Coaching Staff (goriverhawks.com) — UMass Lowell men's lacrosse has added assistant coach Steve Moreland, a North Andover native with a long track record of building high-scoring offenses in Massachusetts college programs. Local fans may recognize him from previous roles at Merrimack, Boston University, and Tufts, where he helped guide teams deep into conference and NCAA tournaments.
