• North Andover Brings Back Adopt-a-Wreath Program For Holiday Season (patch.com) — North Andover residents and businesses can again sponsor 4-foot holiday wreaths that will decorate Downtown Main Street, High Street Mills and the Old Center this season. For $100, each wreath includes a personalized sign, with locations assigned first-come, first-served and payments accepted online or by check to Town Hall.
