Sam Parrish of Haverhill has joined the new team at 95 Main St. in North Andover.

Parrish has been in real estate for a couple of seasons -- including a successful season in Boston's fast-paced rental real estate market -- and has an extensive background in construction and small business. He worked in contracting for several years and also helped run his brother William's pizza shop, in Nashua, N.H.

Parrish has extensive background in building renovation and has always had a passion for real estate, eventually deciding to make it his career. And that career has started to take off locally, with business already on the rise.

The North Andover area presents an opportunity for Parrish as well, since the market is doing fairly well here compared to other areas. There is also a diversity in listings, from small 1-bedroom condominiums to large luxury single family homes.
