Bear Hill Reservoir Dog Complaints Prompt North Andover Leash, Cleanup Reminder
Animal Control Officer Brad DiCenzo said complaints have started coming in about dogs at Bear Hill Reservoir.
NORTH ANDOVER, MA — Animal Control Officer Brad DiCenzo is reminding residents and visitors about leash, cleanup and access rules on town property amid complaints about dogs at Bear Hill Reservoir.
DiCenzo reminds residents and visitors that dogs are required to be leashed and under control at all times when they are off their owner's or keeper's property. The rule applies regardless of a dog's size or temperament because some people are not comfortable being approached by an off-leash dog.
The town reminder is intended to support the comfort and safety of others using the area.
