Black History Month Events Coming Up In North Andover

NORTH ANDOVER, MA — Several events coming up in North Andover will celebrate Black History Month in February.

"Black History Month is a time when the contributions and culture of African Americans take center stage," the Celebrating Black History Month page reads. "It is a time for us to learn and reflect about parts of our American history that have remained hidden, often because of who gets to write the history we've been taught."

Events include An Evening of Gospel Music, the film "Ailey," and a Black musical history concert.
