Blood Drive to be Held at Edgewood

There will be a public blood drive at Edgewood Retirement Community, 575 Osgood St., on March 9, from 1 to 6:30 p.m.

Edgewood Retirement Community is working with the American Red Cross for the blood drive, which will be in the Edgewood Auditorium located at the Edgewood Clubhouse.

All blood donors will receive a coupon for a free lunch at Cumberland Farms including a sandwich, soda and chips.

Every two seconds, someone in America needs blood.
