Construction Delays Tuesday on I-93 North and South

Pavement marking work in Methuen on Tuesday will impact traffic. Here's what you need to know.

If you travel I-93 northbound and southbound in in the Methuen area, expect some construction related delays on Tuesday and you may want to seek alternate routes to avoid delays.

On Tuesday, March 10, I-93 Northbound and Southbound in Methuen between Exit 45 (River Road) and Exit 47 (Pelham Street) will experience construction related delays between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. to allow work crews to install pavement markings

MassDOT encourages drivers to seek alternate routes, to avoid delays. Drivers who must travel through the affected area should expect delays, reduce speed and use caution while approaching and traveling through the work zone.

The work is part of a $66.3 Million project to reconstruct I-93 at Rte. 110/Rte. 113 (Methuen Rotary).
