Dryer Fire Reported At North Andover Home

NORTH ANDOVER, MA — Firefighters responded to a reported dryer fire at a North Andover home Tuesday night, according to a fire department post.

The fire was reported at 92 Putnam Road. Crews knocked the fire out, and overhaul crews found fire in the walls of the second and third floors.

The fire was quickly extinguished and firefighters cleared the scene at 9:46 p.m.
