Ramon is a Certified Personal Trainer through The National Academy of Sports Medicine. His training background also includes Pilates and Stretch Management. He currently trains both at home and in a gym setting. Ramon teaches group classes unique to Your Gym on Wheels LLC., including Diamond Fit Boot Camp, Caribbean Rhythm Shake It into Shape, Diamond Fit Diva Boot Camp and Group Circuit Training. He also trains small groups of people "on the job," in their work environment.
