Join us for one or more of these new family art classes this fall. Each class will begin with a short story, followed by a nature walk, and finish up with a related art project as we celebrate the beauty of the season.
September 17: Leaf Collage
On our forest walk, we will look for leaves, nuts, and seeds, and create a leaf collage back at the Barn.
October 22: Crayon Resist Art
We will notice the variety of shapes, colors, and textures on our walk. Back at the Barn, we will use crayons and watercolors to create our resists.
November 5: Nature Mobile
On our walk, we will look for natural items to use with our mobile and explore the effects of the wind on trees, shrubs, grasses, birds, clouds, and more.
