Flooding, Power Outages Possible

A couple of inches of rain and wind gusts of up to 55 mph are expected Monday

The National Weather Service has issued a flash flood watch and wind for North Andover.

The flash flood watch will be in effect from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. Monday. The wind advisory will be in effect until to Monday night, according to forecasters. There will likely be up to two inches of rain during this period, according to the National Weather Service. Wind gusts could reach 55 mph, possibly toppling power lines, NWS said.
