It also includes several counties in Massachusetts including Middlesex County. The freeze warning remains in effect from midnight Sunday night to 9 a.m. Monday morning.The National Weather Services issues a freeze warning when forecasted freezing temperatures threaten outdoor plants. Those with agricultural interests in the warning area are advised to harvest or protect tender vegetation. Potted plants normally left outdoors should be covered and brought inside away from the cold.
