Green Space for the Dogs in North Andover?

Selectmen recently discussed the possibility of using green space in town for a dog park, reported the Eagle Tribune.

The green space, located near the Greater Lawrence Sanitary District, is being considered, although in the “preliminary stages of planning.” Board members liked the site because it wouldn’t bother neighbors, but is also easier to get to for dog owners...and their pets.

If the town converts the spot into a dog park, residents would have to get a permit to use it, said the Tribune.
