Harrington Insurance Wins National Technology Award

in North Andover is a winner of a national 2012 Pinnacle Award from Applied Systems. Applied Systems presented its inaugural Pinnacle Awards, the company's highest customer honor, to a select group of leading agencies for their partnerships with Applied Systems and their deployment of the company's software in making significant contributions to their businesses and the insurance industry.

Harrington Insurance Agency is a statewide agency offering personal and commercial insurance across Massachusetts.  It is a member of the Arbella Insurance Group.

Committed to technology as a business enabler, Harrington moved to Applied Systems' Epic Online to replace its six separate databases and three systems with a single enterprise agency management platform. Due to the efficiencies gained through Epic, it has seamlessly added multiple locations, significantly increased premium under management, and effectively moved to a paperless office.
