How Much Rain is North Andover Getting This Week?

The gloom is here -- and it isn’t leaving for a while.

7News’ Jeremy Reiner said the “slow-moving system” will start with an unsettled Tuesday with showers possible. The rain will come in waves on Wednesday and Thursday with the bulk of the rain hitting the area between Wednesday afternoon and Thursday morning. A raw wind will accompany the rain. Temperatures may struggle to reach 60 degrees until the weekend.

Some parts of Massachusetts may see as much as 3 inches of rain this week.

How much rain is North Andover expected to get this week? The National Weather Service is predicting between 2 to 2.5 inches.

Flooding from rivers and streams is not expected because of the low water levels from lack of rain.

The skies should brighten on Friday.
