Job Description

We are looking for a motivated person with a hunger to serve customers and solve problems. In this frontline operational position you will support Zucchetti software and hardware for time and attendance, access control and general data collection. This is a great opportunity to make a real impact on customers and the company's success.

This Technical Support Specialist position is an entry to mid-level position.

Duties and Responsibility

• Provide first-level telephone and web-based technical support to resolve implementation issues, answer application questions and troubleshoot technical problems.
• Work with our Italian based Product Management, Technical Support, and Research and Development departments to identify and resolve client issues.
• Seek and communicate opportunities to improve the product installation process, usability, and delivery of educational information to our customers.
• Perform project-type duties as needed.
• Provide pre-sales support.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelors or Associates Degree in Computer Science, Programming or other relevant studies or experience.

Other Skills and Abilities:

• Familiar with computers
• Familiar, but not necessary, with relational database management.
• Desire to work with and serve customers on a daily basis
• Technical acumen for troubleshooting and problem solving
• Excellent communication skills including empathetic and active listening and ability to clearly and patiently articulate solutions.
• Willingness to travel
• We will provide training
