The cafe, named after Lucent Technologies -- which originally owned the building -- is known for soups, sandwiches, quiche, pizza and a salad bar.

Cohen said there will still be continuity with menu items, and her 4 employees will remain as familiar faces to serve customers at the 1970's decorated cafeteria. But she added that "everyone has their own touch," and there will be eventually be some menu changes.
Collins said customers can expect more specialty stations and other feature items in the future.
Ellen Keller, vice president of Ozzy Properties, owners of the building, said that once Cohen came to them about her plans, it didn't take them long to find a new caterer. She said, a lot of companes expressed interest, but Two Chefs had catered prior events including the recent Essex Arts auction.
"It was a natural choice, and it will be a seamless transition," she explained.
Keller agreed that there will eventually be some changes in the menu with new recipes and new specialties. She also said that Two Chefs will be available to cater events on night and weekends.
"We will definitely miss Marsha. She's wonderful, and we've known her many years. She is extremely personable, and people just love her style." Keller said.
