Massive Fire Engulfs Numerous Homes In Lawrence: Report

At least 16 families were affected by the fire that broke out Friday night in a home on Crosby Street.

LAWRENCE, MA — Several homes were damaged and dozens of people were displaced Saturday when a massive fire broke out at Lawrence home before spreading to several other nearby buildings, according to reports.

The fire started around 9:30 p.m. Friday at a triple-decker home on Crosby Street, NBC Boston reported. Flames quickly spread to nearby homes, aided in part by strong winds and dry air, according to NBC.

At least 16 families were affected by the fire, NBC reported. No injuries were reported.
