Mediation Training Offered to Residents of Essex County

North Shore Community Mediation Center, a nonprofit organization providing mediation services and training to Essex County communities, courts, families, schools, and businesses, will hold a 36-hour Basic Mediation Training in July at Salem State University.

Basic Mediation Training

This Basic Mediation Training provides in-depth coverage of the mediation process and the principles of conflict management through presentations, exercises, discussions and role-plays. The training complies with the Massachuseets Supreme Judicial Court Uniform Rules on Dispute Resolution and meets the requirements for confidentiality as stated in the Mass General Laws, Chapter 233, section 23C.

Registration is open to residents of all Essex County communities and is limited to 20 participants.
