Meet The New North Andover Schools Superintendent Next Week

NORTH ANDOVER, MA -- Newly-appointed North Andover Public Schools Superintendent gregg Gilligan will be hosting a meeting Tuesday where parents can ask questions and discuss the school system. The meeting begin at 5 pm at the district's Central Office at 566 Main Street.

Parents can also submit feedback by completing an online survey. North Andover named Gilligan superintendent in November. He was principal at the Thomson School prior to becoming assistant superintendent seven years ago.

In September, Jennifer Price announced she would be leaving at the end of the school year to accept a position as headmaster of the private Buckingham Browne & Nichols school in Cambridge. The announcement came after she signed a new, five-year contract, making her the first North Andover superintendent to re-up since the mid-1990s.
