Merrimack Valley Federal Credit Union Pledges $15,000 to YMCA
The money is pledged for the YMCA's expansion project.

Merrimack Valley Federal Credit Union has pledged $15,000 to the for the YMCA’s expansion project.
The donation, which will be over three years, is in addition to MVFCU’s annual gift to the YMCA of $15,000. MVFCU has supported the YMCA for nearly 10 years.
"When we support a cause or organization, we want to ensure our members will benefit, and I can confidently say that supporting the YMCA expansion project will have significant impact on the Merrimack Valley Federal Credit Union members, as well as the greater community, for years to come,” said MVFCA CEO Peter Matthews.

The YMCA expansion is aimed at strengthening the foundations of community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility.
“The project’s goal is to better serve our community by making healthier lives achievable for everyone," said Merrimack Valley YMCA CEO Stephen Ives. "It is through the commitment of organizations like the Merrimack Valley Federal Credit Union that we know we will be successful in achieving that goal.”
