Missing Elderly Resident Found In North Andover, Police Say
The resident, who has dementia, went missing Tuesday evening in what police said "could have been a very dangerous situation."
NORTH ANDOVER, MA — An elderly resident with dementia who went missing Tuesday evening has been found.
"A great outcome to what could have been a very dangerous situation," police said in a Facebook post.
The resident went missing while daylight was fading "and the possibility that the individual had entered a heavily wooded wetland area" made time critical, according to police.

An officer and his K9 partner Neo were called in to assist with the search.
"Working through challenging terrain in the Boston Brook wetland area, K9 Neo successfully located the missing resident before nightfall," police said.
