MTM Insurance Turns 5

In February, North Andover’s celebrated its fifth anniversary. Managing members Cindy Traverso, Paul MacDonald and Laurie Mancinelli attribute their success to their knowledgeable staff and wonderful clients.

“Our staff is top notch,” said Traverso. “They are knowledgeable about the many insurance products we offer and always deliver an excellent customer experience to all of our clients.” MTM has experienced staff available at both their North Andover and Billerica locations.

MTM is an independent insurance agent, meaning they are not owned by an insurance company, nor do they direct clients to one particular company. Instead they carefully evaluate the client’s situation and find a solution to meet their particular need.

“For the past five years we have dedicated ourselves to our customers who have supported us as we grew our business.” said Mancinelli. “The customers are our priority and our staff works hard to find the best solutions for their particular insurance needs.”

The team MTM looks forward to many more years of doing business with the residents of the Merrimack Valley. They credit their commitment to providing superior service to the values instilled in them by Paul’s father, Frank who served the insurance industry of the Merrimack Valley for over 40 years. “As we celebrate our 5th year in business, we continue to honor my father’s memory by dedicating ourselves to our customers who have    supported us over the years. Cindy, Laurie and I proudly carry on the tradition of my father and bring the history, tradition, integrity and loyalty he instilled in all of us to MTM,” said MacDonald.
