New England Vein Specialists has announced the opening of its new office at 203 Turnpike St, Suite 125, North Andover.

Dr. Timothy Norton, RPVI, RVT, RPhS, uses advanced ultrasound and laser technology to help sufferers of varicose and spider veins look and feel better. “Our proven vein therapies make a big difference in our patients’ lives, reducing swelling, leg fatigue, and pain with a straightforward procedure right here in our office,” says Norton.

“During my time at Lawrence Hospital and throughout my career, I’ve seen the effect vein issues can have on people’s health, so I’m very happy to make the newest and most effective therapies available to our patients in our state-of-the-art, comfortable new offices located conveniently in North Andover,” he says.
Dr. Norton’s interest in venous diseases began during his radiology residence in Hartford, Conn. and continued during his vascular and interventional fellowship at Mass General, where he performed hundreds of venous and arterial procedures. Today, he treats patients full-time at the only dedicated vein center in the Merrimack Valley.

“Some physicians who treat varicose veins in their offices are still performing surgery at nearby hospitals and may not be available to answer post-treatment questions and be present at follow-up appointments,” explains Norton. “We have the deep medical insights to effectively treat venous diseases, and we’re here every day for patients who need us.”
Dr. Norton and his family live in North Andover and are strong supporters of local schools, organizations, including St. Michael’s church, the Andover/North Andover YMCA, soccer organizations, the Boosters, and many other local resources for families.
