North Andover Annual Town Election is Tuesday

The North Andover Annual Town Election is Tuesday, March 31. All voters cast ballots at the North Andover High School 430 Osgood St.

Polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday.

The deadline to apply for an absentee ballot is noon on Monday March 30. Residents may vote in the Town Clerk’s Office 120 Main St. until noon.

Three candidates are vying in each contest for the open seats. The town election will be held on March 31. Polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. at the North Andover High School.

The following are certified to be on the Annual Town Election Ballot:

Board of Selectmen - 3-Year Term - 2 Seats

• Richard M. Vaillancourt - 454 Stevens St. - Candidate for Re-election
• Phil DeCologero - 156 Kingston St.
• Stan Novak - 26 Pembrook Road

School Committee - 3-Year Term - 2 Seats

• Andrew P. McDevitt - 266 Barker St. -Candidate for Re-election
• Mark E. Svendsen - 201 Hay Meadow Road
• David M. Torrisi - 67 Settler’s Ridge Road

Town Moderator - 3-Year Term - 1 Seat

• Mark S. DiSalvo - 179 Coventry Lane - Candidate for Reelection

North Andover Housing Authority – 5-Year Term - 1 Seat

• Edward R. Capodilupo-310 Greene St.
