North Andover Board To Discuss Cannabis Law Changes, Kittredge School Funding

NORTH ANDOVER, MA — The North Andover Select Board will meet Monday with an executive session at 6:30 p.m. and open session at 7 p.m. in the Select Board Room at Town Hall, 120 Main St.
On the agenda is a discussion of changes to Massachusetts cannabis laws and a vote on entering into a project funding agreement with the Massachusetts School Building Authority for the Kittredge School project.
The board is also expected to consider requests related to utility infrastructure improvements and Planning Board appointments.

The board will hold continued public hearings and votes on National Grid and Verizon New England petitions connected to the Route 114 project, including proposed pole, wire and fixture installations on Peters Street, Waverly Road and Hillside Road. Members will also vote on an Eversource petition to replace a regulator station on Mill Road, Johnson Street and Oakes Drive.
The licensing portion of the meeting includes an application for a fortune teller license at 1200 Salem St. and several requests from local restaurants to add alternate managers to alcohol licenses.
