North Andover Coronavirus Update: Emergency Rental Assistance
Households that have lost income due to coronavirus can get up to $3,000 of rental assistance, over three months.
NORTH ANDOVER, MA — North Andover residents who have lost income due to the new coronavirus can get rental assistance from the Affordable Housing Trust. Households can get up to $1,000 per month for three months.
The Trust and the Board of Selectmen approved spending $100,000 on emergency rental assistance for residents who have been laid off, furloughed or who have otherwise lost significant income due to the virus. Households at or below the area median income are eligible.

Town Manager Melissa Murphy-Rodrigues also announced a grant program for local small businesses at the Board of Selectmen's Monday meeting.
